Returns

Returns Process: Due to the types of products being sold, only UNOPENED products are eligible for the return process.

If you would like to return an unopened product, you MUST CONTACT us within 7 days of receiving your order to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Please follow the steps below:

• Email us at info@thehempnurse.comto alert us that you will be returning your UNOPENED product within the 7-day time limit and to request the Return Shipping Address.

• Properly package your products and include the RAN provided. Once you have shipped your product back to us – please send the tracking information to info@thehempnurse.com

3) Once we receive your package back at our facility and can confirm it’s condition, we will then issue a refund for the unopened product and email you a confirmation. Please allow 7-10 days for the refund to post to your account.
